Custom Wig Policy & Acknowledgment

Processing time for each customized wig is 2–3 weeks, as all wigs are made to order. At this time, rush processing is not available, so please order within the appropriate timeframe for when you will need your wig.

Each custom wig is made specifically to fit each client’s head. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Each wig will arrive customized, bleached, with knots plucked, and ready to wear.
